Horizon Community Learning Center (HCLC) is an accredited public charter school serving students in kindergarten through high school. HCLC is concerned for students at each stage of their mental, emotional and physical development. It is also important that each student feels acknowledged and appreciated in the classroom. As a result, HCLC is divided into four separate schools, each designed to provide a "small school" environment.
