SUBSTITUTE PAY STRUCTURE:
- $140/full day (4-8 hours) for certified positions
- $ 70/half day (under 4 hours) for certified positions
- $15/hour for support positions
In addition to the salary structure, Horizon Honors offers bonuses for substitutes per quarter:
- 5-9 days: $250
- 10-14 days: $500
- 15+ days: $1,000
