The Arizona Department of Education recently released the latest A-F Letter Grades for public schools across the state, and we are thrilled to share that both Horizon Honors Elementary School (Grades K-6) and Horizon Honors Secondary School (Grades 7-12) once again received the highest distinction, earning impressive "A" ratings!

This outstanding achievement reflects our shared commitment to educational excellence and the unwavering dedication of our teachers, staff, and students.

Thank you for being a vital part of our success and for celebrating this achievement with us!

Understanding the A-F Letter Grades:
The A-F Letter Grades represent an annual achievement profile for every public school in Arizona. This grading system assesses schools based on various factors, including state test results, progress of English language learners, attendance rates, special education support, graduation rates, and preparation for college and careers. Together, these metrics signal whether elementary students are prepared for the next steps in their education and if high school students are on track for success in both college and career pathways.

Schools earning an "A" are recognized for excellence, "B" schools are highly performing, "C" schools meet adequate performance standards, "D" schools are minimally performing, and "F" schools are identified as failing.
